Shift's goal is to become the go-to planning guide for first-time movers who want to plan their move efficiently. Our primary colors are shades of blue, promoting trustworthiness within the brand. We use a neutral off-white shade to reduce distracting elements.

I conducted moderated usability tests over Zoom with participants who had never moved before. This would allow me to test the functionality and effectiveness of the website. In terms of success, my goal was for inexperienced participants to grasp a deeper understanding of the moving process after using the website.
